Reduced-Carb Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups sliced apples
    1 tablespoon butter
    3/4 cup Atkins baking mix
    1 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/3 cup soft butter
Preparation
    Butter baking dish.
    Place 4 cups sliced apples in buttered dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle mixture over apples.
    Bake at 350, 40 minutes.
