Orange Dessert Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pastry shell
1 (300 g) can mandarin oranges, drained
2 eggs
150 ml cream
2 tablespoons orange syrup
Preparation

Arrange mandarins in the base of the prepared pastry shell.
Beat eggs and add the cream and orange syrup.
Pour over the mandarin and place in moderately hot oven for 30 minutes or until the filling is set.
Serve with cream or ice cream.
