Marinated Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium carrots
1 medium onion, cut in rings
1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
0.5 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup salad oil
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation

Cut carrots into strips and cooked 8 minutes.
Whip tomato soup, sugar, salad oil, vinegar, dry mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour over vegetables and marinate overnight.
