Salami Firecrackers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb genoa salami, sliced to roll easily
    Filling
    1 eight-ounce package cream cheese
    1/4 cup onion, of your choice chopped finely
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    3 tablespoons hot horseradish
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Mix all filling ingredients well.
    Spread a thin layer of filling on each slice of salami, then roll the slice into a tube.
    Stack in layers, with wax paper between layers, and refrigerate. The flavors are best after several hours of refrigeration.
