Light As Air Sponge (For April Fools' Day ) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

600 ml whipping cream
1 (180 g) chocolate candy bars, crushed (Annie used a Flake, but a Peppermint bar would be good too)
Preparation

Whip the cream and cover the sponge generously-make sure you can't see it.
Decorate with the chopped chocolate bar.
Serve.
Candles can be inserted into the sponge for a special birthday treat!
