Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs Brussels sprouts, cleaned, cut in half
    1/2 red onion, cut into 8 wedges (200 g)
    3 slices bacon, chopped
    1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
    1/2 cup shredded low fat mozzarella
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F. Combine Brussels sprouts, onions and bacon in 13x9-inch baking dish. Add dressing; toss to coat.
    Bake 40 min., stirring occasionally.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 5 minute or until cheese is melted.
