Baked Rice Pudding - Vegan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups cooked rice
    2 cups soymilk
    3 tablespoons Ener-G Egg Substitute
    4 tablespoons water
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/4 teaspoon ginger
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 pinch salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl pour into a cake pan or casserole dish.
    Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
