Summer Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb cooked pasta (ala'dente) or 1 lb macaroni (ala'dente)
    1/2 medium sweet onion, chopped fine
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1/4 th red bell pepper, chopped
    1 cucumber, peeled seeded, and chopped
    1/2 cup frozen uncooked peas
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    2 -3 cups Miracle Whip
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    2 tablespoons parsley
    paprika
Preparation
    Mix all but the last ingredient in a large bowl for easy mixing, until well blended. You want the salad to be creamy without being overloaded with dressing so add more if needed. Transfer to a smaller bowl and top with sprinkles of paprika.
    Cover with plastic wrap and chill at least 2-3 hours.
    Serve.
