Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (28 ounce) jar sauerkraut, drained
    3 stalks celery, sliced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/2 bell pepper, diced (I like yellow)
    1/2 cup pimiento, diced,drained
    1 teaspoon oil (canola)
    1/4 cup white vinegar
    18 packets sugar substitute (equal)
    salt & pepper
Preparation
    Combine first five ingredients in bowl.
    Mix oil vinegar and sugar substitute in small bowl, pour over sauerkraut and mix.
    Chill.
