Apple Cake With A Crumble Topping - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 -10 apples, shredded
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
DOUGH
1 cup sugar
1 cup soft butter or 1 cup margarine
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
3 cups flour
Preparation

Fruit Filling: Mix Apples with other ingredients and set aside.
Dough: Cream together margarine and sugar.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Press 1/2 of the dough into a greased 9 X 13- inch pan.
Pour fruit on top.
Crumble rest of dough on top.
Bake for 1- 1/4 hours at 350 degrees F.
