Stelk - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    green onion, 2 dozen, chopped
    potato, 6 medium
    milk
    butter
Preparation
    Take 2 dozen coarse spring onions and chop them into small lengths, then simmer in milk until tender.
    Meanwhile, boil or steam potatoes and mash them with a little milk.
    Strain the onions, add them to the potatoes, mix well and serve very hot, with a knob of butter.
