Raspberry Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 carrots, thinly sliced
    1/4 cup water
    1 1/2 teaspoons margarine
    salt, to taste
    2 -4 teaspoons raspberry vinegar
    2 teaspoons brown sugar
    chopped parsley, for garnish
Preparation
    Place carrots and water in a covered dish; microwave for 5-7 minutes, just until tender.
    Drain carrots; add margarine, salt, raspberry vinegar, and sugar; stir to combine.
    Microwave for 1-2 minutes; garnish with parsley.
