Crock-Pot Chicken Stew (3 Ww Points) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 cup onion, diced
    1 cup carrot, sliced
    1 cup celery, sliced
    2 large whole uncooked white potatoes, unpealed, cubed
    15 ounces contadina italian-style stewed diced tomatoes with basil oregano and garlic
    1/4 cup mushroom, loosely chopped
    1 teaspoon mccormick ground cumin
    2 teaspoons mcneil nutritionals splenda no calorie artificial sweetener (optional)
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    2 cups fat-free chicken broth
Preparation
    Put everything in a large crockpot. Cook on low 8-9 hours.
    Cooks Notes:
    Keep in mind that this is a stew not a soup. Dont be afraid of big chunks of food. Dont chop your vegetables too small.
