Stuffed Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs ground beef
    1 1/2 cups soft breadcrumbs (2 slices)
    1/2 cup onion (chopped)
    2 large eggs (beaten)
    2 tablespoons sugar
    3 tablespoons soy sauce
    1/4 cup water
    1 small garlic clove (crushed)
    1/4 teaspoon msg
    1 dash ginger
Preparation
    Combine ground beef with remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Shape into 6 patties or 3 larger steaks.
    Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 10 minutes, turning once.
    These burgers can also be pan grilled.
