Honey Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
1 dash salt
1 cup liquid honey
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
3 1/2 cups diced rhubarb
9 inches pie shells, plus extra dough
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F.
Mix together all ingredients except rhubarb.
Place rhubarb in shell and pour over honey mixture.
Use extra dough to make a lattice or top shell.
Bake 40 minutes.
Allow to cool about 20 minutes before cutting.
