Cuban Pork Rub - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 tablespoon salt
    1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    2 teaspoons oregano
    1 teaspoon white pepper
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon cumin
    1/8 teaspoon coriander
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1 large onion, finely chopped
Preparation
    Apply to a pork shoulder and refrigerate for 8 hours to overnight. Cook as you would for pulled pork.
