Holiday Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 cups bread cubes
    3 cups milk
    1 cup half-and-half
    2 cups sugar
    8 tablespoons melted butter
    4 eggs
    2 tablespoons vanilla
    2 tablespoons orange zest
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/2 cup dried cranberries
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1/3 cup shredded coconut
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
    2 teaspoons nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, blend well.
    Mixture should be moist, but not soupy.
    Pour into a buttered 9 x12 baking dish.
    Place into a non preheated oven.
    Bake 350 degrees for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until top is golden brown.
    Serve warm.
