Low-Fat Creamy Ranch Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup 2% fat cottage cheese
2/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 chopped green onions
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Preparation

In a food processor or blender, process cottage cheese and yogurt until smooth.
Pour into bowl and stir in onions and seasonings.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes so flavors blend.
Store for up to one week.
Stir before serving.
