Sour Cream And Shrimp Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 tablespoons melted butter
    1 (8 ounce) carton commerical sour cream
    1 1/4 lbs medium shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cooked
    1 teaspoon curry powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    pepper
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in butter until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients except rice; cook over low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring often.
    Serve over rice.
