Super Energy Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup flax seed
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups natural-style peanut butter
1 cup applesauce
1/4 cup agave nectar (or substitute with 1/2 cup honey)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla - mix well. (I used my mixer - it's pretty dense).
Grease a 13x9 baking pan - spread mixture into pan (should be about an inch thick).
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares. I'm going to refrigerate them (in the hopes they will hold together a little better).
