Sagebrush Chili With Fresh Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 quart tomatoes, wedges
4 scallions, sliced
8 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1 large cayenne chili, roasted seeded and minced
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
3/4 teaspoon dried sage
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except salt and pepper, in slow cooker; cover and cook on high 4-5 hours.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
