Mock Mead - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 quarts cold water
3/4 cup honey
1 orange
nutmeg (to taste)
Preparation
-
mix the water & honey in a pitcher.
wash the orange,slice it thinly & drop the slices into the pitcher.
sprinkle with nutmeg & chill.
serve in metal or crockery mugs,if you have them.
