Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
frying oil
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup finely chopped onions or 1/4 cup onion flakes

Preparation

Preheat oil to 375\u00b0F.
Stir all ingredients till well mixed.
Drop by level teaspoon into hot oil and fry about 2 minutes (1 minute each side).
Drain and serve.
