Peking Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tablespoons butter
    1 lb pecan halves (4 cups)
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    2 teaspoons salt
    fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300.
    Put butter in a large baking pan and set in oven until melted. Add pecans and toss to coat.
    Bake 8-10 minutes, until nuts start to brown.
    Let cool for a minute or two and then toss with remaining ingredients.
