Pickles Bruschetta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup bick's baby dill pickle, Ultimate Garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon bick's baby dill pickle, Ultimate Garlic, pickle brine
2 cups tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
1 tablespoon crisco canola oil
1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds (about 18-inches)
fresh basil (to garnish) (optional)
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in medium glass bowl. Stir to combine.
Brush one side of bread with oil and toast in preheated oven, oiled side up, until lightly browned, 5-10 minutes. Remove from oven and top each baguette slice with about 1 tablespoons of tomato mixture.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired. Serve immediately.
