Sherry Dijon Vinaigrette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 garlic cloves
6 tablespoons sherry wine vinegar
4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a chopper or blender.
Pulse to combine and serve. Will keep in refrigerator for one week.
