Quick And Easy Hamburger Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 teaspoon oil
    1/4 cup onion
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 - 1/2 lb extra lean ground beef
    1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder (or more, to taste)
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 dash pepper
    1 dash cinnamon
    1 dash ginger
    1 dash turmeric
    1 cup tomato juice (or 1 cup canned tomatoes)
    1/2 cup potato, peeled and diced
    1 cup green beans (fresh, frozen or canned)
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Saute onion and garlic.
    Add ground beef.
    Brown.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer 25 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
