Blue Hawaii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    VERSION 1
    3/4 ounce light rum
    3/4 ounce vodka
    1/2 ounce blue curacao
    3 ounces pineapple juice
    1 ounce prepared sweet-and-sour mix
    1 slice pineapple, garnish
    1 maraschino cherry, garnish
    crushed ice
    VERSION 2
    1 ounce light rum
    2 ounces pineapple juice
    1 ounce blue curacao
    1 ounce cream of coconut
    1 slice pineapple, garnish
    1 maraschino cherry, garnish
    crushed ice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients of version 1 or 2 and mix well in blender.
    Serve in a highball glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry.
