Quick Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (19 ounce) can mixed beans, drained and rinsed
    1/4 cup red pepper, diced
    1/4 cup green pepper, diced
    1 tablespoon shallot, finely chopped
    1 stalk celery, diced
    1/2 tablespoon olive oil
    1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
    1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
    1 teaspoon honey
    1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
    Ready to eat right away, but I like to refrigerate for about 1/2 hour.
