Sweet Corn Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/2 ounce) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 (15 ounce) can corn or 2 cups corn
    2 ounces cream cheese
    4 ounces sour cream
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup butter, softened
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup cream or 1/2 cup half-and-half
Preparation
    In a large bowl, cream together sugar, cream cheese and butter.
    Add in eggs and mix well.
    Stir in sour cream, corn and muffin mix.
    Pour into a greased cassserole dish or and bake at 350 for approx 1 hour or until golden brown and toothpick pushed into the center, comes out clean.
