Green Beans With Lemon And Fried Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    2 1/2 lbs green beans
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 lemon, juice of, about 1/3 cup
    1 cup French-fried onions
    1/2 pecans, toasted
    1 1/2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
Preparation
    Cook beans for 7 minutes. Shock in ice water bath.
    Heat oil in skillet, saute garlic and pepper flakes.
    Turn off heat. Add beans and lemon juice. Top with onions and pecans.
