Grandma'S Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, finely diced
    1 bell pepper, finely diced
    1 jalapeno, seeded and finely diced (or 1/2 small can of diced jalapenos)
    3 -4 garlic cloves, minced
    1 lb ground beef
    5 cups cooked white rice
    24 ounces classico spicy red pepper sauce
    2 tablespoons hot sauce (or to taste)
    8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
    6 -8 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350°F.
    Brown ground beef with veggies.
    Stir in rice, sauces, cheddar.
    Transfer to lightly greased casserole dish.
    Cover with American cheese.
    Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until brown/bubbly.
