Chicken & Mushrooms Dijon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons butter
    2/3 cup chicken broth
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 teaspoon cornstarch
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add chicken and saute' 5 - 7 minutes
    Add mushrooms and onions and saute' 3 minutes.
    Combine broth, cornstarch and mustard.
    Pour over chicken, mushrooms and onions.
    Bring to boil and cook until sauce is thickened.
