Ingredients

1 1/2 cups skim milk
4 tablespoons Splenda granular
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup chia seeds
Topping
whipped cream, berries, etc
Preparation

Whisk milk, Splenda, cocoa powder and extract until smooth. Stir in chia seeds. Divide evenly between 4 dishes. Let sit at room temperature for 2 hours.
