Disappearing Pear Honey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lbs peeled cored minced pears
    4 lbs sugar
    1 lb honey
    1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
    1 whole lemon
Preparation
    Puree the lemon in a food processor.
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a stock pot.
    Cook on medium heat until thick, stirring occasionally.
    Pour into pint jars.
    Cap and put in a 10-minute water bath.
    Let cool, store, and watch it disappear.
