Heavenly Manna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 cups bran buds
    2 cups rolled oats
    3 3/4 cups wheat bran
    2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon low sodium salt
    1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    1/4 cup whey protein powder
    1/2 teaspoon almond extract
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    3/4 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
    1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
    1 cup egg white
    3 teaspoons egg whites
    2 tablespoons lecithin granules
    1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate chips
    3/4 cup nonfat milk
Preparation
    Makes 24 soft scone bisquits.
    Use ice cream scooper.
    to pour out to the circle.
    size of a 2/3 cup scooper.
    Bake 12 minutes at.
    375 Degrees.
