Soy-Ginger Dressing (South Beach Diet Phase 1) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
    2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
    1 1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/4 cup canola oil
Preparation
    Whisk together all ingredients except canola oil. Slowly whisk in canola oil.
