German Style Hot Chicken Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb chicken, diced
    2 tablespoons sugar
    4 tablespoons cider vinegar
    2 cups cabbage, shredded
    1 small onion, diced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown the chicken in a large and heavy skillet.
    Whisk in the sugar and vinegar.
    Stir in the cabbage and onions.
    Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Cover and reduce the heat.
    Simmer until the cabbage is tender (about 20 minutes).
    Serve warm.
