Bunny Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup carrot, shredded
    1 cup egg substitute
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
    1 cup flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.
    Coat 12 cup muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
    Mix carrot, egg, cheese, and chives.
    Add flour and baking powder, stir.
    Spoon batter equally among muffin cups.
    Bake 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
