Ingredients

1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup boiling water
Preparation

Put blueberries, raspberries and lemon juice in an 8X8 baking pan.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and 3/4 cup sugar.
Beat in milk, egg, melted butter and vanilla. Spread over berries.
Mix together 1 cup sugar and cornstarch.
Sprinkle over the batter.
Pour boiling water over it all, DO NOT STIR!
Bake at 350F for 40-50 minutes or until done.
