Rotel Pimento Cheese Spread, A Classic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces Velveeta cheese
    8 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese
    16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (I used cracker barrel brand-sharp)
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    4 ounces sour cream
    8 ounces rotel (drained)
    1 tablespoon black pepper
    2 tablespoons sugar
    6 ounces pimientos
    1 ounce Tabasco sauce
    1 tablespoon of honey mustard Dijon mustard
Preparation
    mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, rotel, cream cheese, velveeta cheese, black pepper, sugar, pimentos, tabasco.
    stir in gradually the shredded cheese until you have it the consistency that you desire.
    adjust the taste by adding more pepper , sugar or tabasco.
