Southern Cast Iron Skillet Sweet Potato And Pecan Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 cup butter
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/3 cup self rising flour
    1/3 cup butter, melted
    1 cup pecan halves
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Mix the first 6 ingredients and pour into a greased cast iron skillet.
    Mix together the brown sugar, flour and melted butter; sprinkle on top of sweet potatoes.
    Sprinkle the 1 cup of pecans on top.
    Bake for 30 minutes or until a little brown and bubbly.
    Serve straight out of the skillet.
