Melt-In-Your-Mouth Strawberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup flour (1 c)
    1/2 cup oat flour (none)
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/3 cup sugar (1/2 c)
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 egg
    1 egg white (two eggs total)
    1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
    2 tablespoons Smart Balance butter spread, melted (1/4 c butter)
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup strawberry, chopped
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Make a well in the center and mix the eggs, yogurt, butter, and vanilla.
    Stir gently to incorporate dry and wet ingredients.
    Pour batter into muffin tins and bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
