Orzo With Asiago Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon kosher salt
    1 teaspoon kosher salt
    1 1/3 cups orzo
    1 tablespoon unsalted butter
    1/2 cup grated asiago cheese
    3 tablespoons grated asiago cheese
    1 teaspoon truffle oil
    1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil in a big pot; add 1 tablespoon salt and the orzo; cook for 5-7 minutes or until the pasta is al dente; drain the orzo.
    In a 10-inch skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
    Add the orzo and 3 tablespoons of the cheese; drizzle on the truffle oil and sprinkle with the remaining 1 teaspoon salt and pepper; toss well.
    Spoon the orzo into a serving bowl; top with the remaining 1/2 cup cheese, and serve immediately.
