Alaskan Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 tablespoon) envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 1/2 cups lemonade
    1 (3 cup) package of regular vanilla pudding
    1/2 cup whipping cream
    1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (8 1/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 cup maraschino cherry, quartered and drained
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup of lemonade. In a medium saucepan, combine remaining lemonade, pudding mix and softened gelatin. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and bubbles. Chill until partially set.
    Whip cream. Fold into gelatin mixture. Fold in oranges, pineapples, and cherries. Chill until mixture mounds; turn into a 4 cup mold, if desired. Chill 4-5 hours.
