Low Cal Cottage Cheese Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ounces lime gelatin
    1 lb crushed pineapple, in juices
    24 ounces cottage cheese
    12 ounces Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dry mix gelatin with undrained pineapple.
    heat until gelatin is melted, stirring frequently.
    chill until thickened.
    fold in cottage cheese and cool whip.
    refrigerate until firm.
