Apple-Cinnamon Overnight Oatmeal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 apples, chopped
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    2 cups old fashioned oats (NOT quick-cooking)
    4 cups water
    1 pinch salt
Preparation
    Mix together the apples, cinnamon and brown sugar in bottom of crock pot.
    Sprinkle oats over apples, then pour in water and salt; DO NOT STIR!
    Cook on LOW for 8-9 hours.
