Simple, No-Mess Burger Crumbles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lbs ground beef
onion
chopped bell pepper
seasoning (optional)
Preparation

Remove ground beef from package and loosely crumble into crockpot. (I use food handler gloves for this step.).
Turn crockpot to low.
You can stir the crock during cooking if you want to.
Seven hours later (depending on crock), drain burger drippings into a grease jar. You can rinse the burger crumbles and crumble them smaller after they've been drained.
Let burger cool.
Package into ziplocks for the freezer.
