Ingredients
    2 cups water
    2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
    2 tablespoons honey
    2 tablespoons lime juice
Preparation
    Boil water.
    Add the ginger, honey and lime juice, remove from the heat and steep for about 10 minutes.
    Strain.
