Turmeric Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (or ginger paste)
    1 teaspoon fresh garlic, crushed
    1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
    1 egg
    1 cup water
    salt, to taste
Preparation
    Heat oil, and saute ginger and garlic.
    Add turmeric and fry for about one minute.
    Break the egg in, and saute until cooked.
    Add the water, and heat until it comes to a boil.
    Add salt to taste.
